Dakota Rock's Western Gallery was created by the owner, Rocky Wallman. He was raised on a farm/ranch in southwestern North Dakota, and has always been interested in art. An amateur artist and woodworker, he hopes to have some of his creations in the gallery in the future. Rocky now lives in Owasso, OK and thought of the saying "Bring the West, in you, home!", because no matter where you live you can bring the West, in you, into your home.
Dakota Rock's Western Gallery, is an online art gallery providing some of the finest western, cowboy and wildlife art available today. Also provided is a wide variety of art subjects, so there is something for everyones taste. We offer top artists from well known publishers, to provide you with the quality that you expect. We are working to offer gifts, some home decor items, and we feature new and local artists. New items will be added often, so please stop back to view them.
We advertise a few times a year in American Cowboy, Cowboy's & Indians, True West Magazines. Feature articles of our Gallery have been in the Bowman County Pioneer newspaper in Bowman, ND (April), the National Center News, Buffalo, SD, and with The Market at Owasso on Tulsa Channel 8, ABC, aired Tues. April 25th, 2006, 7:00 - 7:30pm. In July of 2008, we were interviewed on Tulsa's Fox 23 News on our business in Owasso, OK.
Recently, we had to relocate our showcase gallery. We have leased an area in The Market at Walnut Creek in Tulsa, OK for a showcase gallery so some items can be viewed and purchased. So if you are in the Tulsa area, stop by and see our showcase gallery at The Market at Walnut Creek. We are showing several prints and canvases of Chris Owen, Tim Cox, Martin Grelle, Jack Terry and more. The pictures of the gallery (below) will be updated soon.
